The Enigma Protector

Named after a powerful message encryption system, The Enigma Protector will prevent anyone from accessing an executable file's resources, using debuggers on it or performing other dishonest actions.

The program is compatible with most Windows platforms and it is available in both 32 and 64-bit versions. There is a great number of options to find on the software's interface. They are organized in many categories and you can access them with the aid of a large tree menu, on the left side of the window. Initial settings can be found right away in the tree menu, so there is no need to expand any folders and look for them. The Input category is where you can browse for an executable and set an output path. You can also tick a few options for keeping the output name the same with the input one, canceling the creating of backup files and extracting the name and version from the file's resources. In the other initial categories, you can name your project and add a description or add additional files to protect (in an executable format).

The program's features do not stop here. If you expand the entries in the tree menu, you will find a very wide variety of settings. Besides encrypting the file, it is possible to set up different serial keys, activate hardware locks, select a path where the registration information will be stored (when the file will be launched), set expiration dates and reminders for serial keys and much more.

The protected file can be used on all Windows versions, from Win 95 to Win 7, including all their editions (SE, Enterprise, Server and so on). Besides a Windows version checkup feature, you can activate other ones for verifying privileges, loaded drives, executed copies and more. To ensure that your file will not be cracked, a series of protection features are available. These will keep the file's resources and other elements safe.
